- 1 ripe avocado, diced

- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

- Wonton chips or tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients, ensuring the tuna is sushi-grade.
- Dice the sushi-grade tuna into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha to the tuna. Adjust sriracha to taste.
- If desired, add wasabi paste and mix gently.
- Squeeze in lime juice and fold in chopped green onions and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- For the avocado, cut in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice into small cubes.
- Drizzle lime juice over the diced avocado to prevent browning.
- To assemble, layer the tuna mixture in a ring mold on a serving plate, pressing down gently.
- Add a layer of diced avocado on top of the tuna and press down gently.
- Remove the ring mold carefully to reveal the layered tartare.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with additional green onions and cilantro.
- Serve with crispy wonton chips or tortilla chips.
