  • Total Time: 21 minutes
  • Yield: 2-4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g halloumi cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Slice the halloumi into 1 cm thick slices.

  9. Flip the halloumi slices and grill for another 2-3 minutes. Brush with remaining chili glaze while grilling.
  10. Remove the grilled halloumi from the grill and place it on a serving platter.
  11. Drizzle any remaining chili glaze over the top.
  12. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
