Ingredients

- 2 cups of filtered water
- 1 medium lemon, juiced
- 1 medium lime, juiced
- 1 medium orange, juiced
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger (fresh)
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly under running water to remove any pesticides or wax.
- Cut the lemon, lime, and orange in half using a sharp knife.
- Extract the juice from each half using a citrus juicer or a fork.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or measuring cup to remove seeds and pulp.
- In a large pitcher, pour in 2 cups of filtered water.
- Add the freshly squeezed citrus juice to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
- If desired, add 1 tablespoon of raw honey and stir until fully dissolved.
- Grate 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger and add it to the pitcher, stirring again.
- For a spicy kick, sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional).
- Taste the drink and adjust sweetness or spiciness as needed.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and meld flavors.
- Serve over ice if desired, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; stir before serving.
