  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly under running water to remove any pesticides or wax.
  2. Cut the lemon, lime, and orange in half using a sharp knife.
  3. Extract the juice from each half using a citrus juicer or a fork.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or measuring cup to remove seeds and pulp.
  5. In a large pitcher, pour in 2 cups of filtered water.
  6. Add the freshly squeezed citrus juice to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  7. If desired, add 1 tablespoon of raw honey and stir until fully dissolved.
  8. Grate 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger and add it to the pitcher, stirring again.
  9. For a spicy kick, sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional).
