Instructions
- Select Your Bananas: Choose two ripe bananas with a few brown spots for optimal sweetness.

- Gather Your Other Ingredients: Measure out Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
- Add the Bananas: Peel and break the bananas into chunks, placing them in the blender first.
